2006 City of Bhangra Festival in Mehfil Magazine
2006 VIBC Executive pose in Mehfil Magazine to promote the first ever City of Bhangra Festival in Vancouver. The festival grew from a one day bhangra competition in 2005 to a mulit-day festival in 2006.
